Return conditions

• Return deadline：This product can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  If the returned item has been used or damaged, or is missing parts/accessories, and this is not caused by the logistics provider or merchant, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the loss of value of the item.
• Product conditions： If you receive a package and find that certain items have been lost or damaged during transportation, please rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for these items.
• Complete packaging：If you receive the goods and no longer want them, please send them back together with the accessories

Refund processing

Processing time: After confirming receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund within 1-3 working days
Refund method: The refund will be returned to your original payment method
Shipping fee description: The original purchase shipping fee is non refundable. If the product is originally unusable, the return shipping fee will be borne by the merchant. If the customer does not need it, the shipping fee needs to be paid by the customer
